Has been actively involved in the financial industry since 2005, Cindy is an experienced strategist especially in global macro and financial market research, investment strategy formulating, and asset allocation strategy development. In 2017, Cindy has polled No.3  of the “Best Economist of Taiwan” by Asiamoney. She also had experience for trading as FOF Manager.

Holds SFC type 4 (advising on securities) & type 9 (asset management) RO licenses in Hong Kong, as the CFA L3 candidate, with the Certified Securities Investment Analyst (CSIA) and the Certified Futures Trading Analyst (CFTA) of Taiwan, and possesses the qualification of China Securities Personnel.

Cindy has an MBA degree from National Cheng Kung University and awarded “The Outstanding Youth Alumnus of NCKU for the 85th Anniversary” in 2016.
