She specializes in financial valuation model, business model and plan design, shareholder structure design, synergy evaluation of M&A, and performance improvement plan set up.
As a CFA charter holder, Claire owns HKSFC type 6 representative license, Qualification of Securities Underwriting in Taiwan, and  Sponsor Representative license in China.
Claire holds an MBA degree from HEC Paris.
