Dr. Sheng was an official researcher and doctoral supervisor of Chinese national high-end think tank.
His main research achievements includes evaluation of the policy effect of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, research on the improvement of the resource allocation level of the Shanghai Science and Technology Center, and research on the development trend of regional cooperation in East Asia etc.
Currently,  Dr. Sheng is Professor  in the  School of International and Public Affairs at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Dr. Sheng holds PhD of Economics from Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences.
